Trims like the Silverado LT and RST is equipped with the standard 2.7L Turbo. With features such as auto stop/start technology, you have the added fuel-saving benefit.
The 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 has the option of both Dynamic and Active Fuel Management depending on your preference; equipped with an 8 or 6-speed automatic transmission respectively. Similar to some of the other engine options, it has auto stop/start technology built in. You have up to 355 horsepower and up to 383 lb-ft of torque for an impressive amount of performance.
For best-in-class towing capacity and V8 horsepower and torque you can go with the larger 6.2L EcoTec3 engine. Paired with the 10-speed transmission, you can choose this engine option on trims like the RST and High Country.
