The salesman Tyler and the experience was easy but I HATE the truck. For the trim level and price, it was missing a ton of features. On the sticker, it shows the dark essentials package but appears to be absent.

Thank you for the information and I have dug into the situation and apparently you purchased the truck prior to some items included in the Dark Essentials Package being installed. Unfortunately this can happen sometimes when a vehicle gets sold before the items arrive. In a perfect world, the items would come either before or the day of the vehicle arrival date, but unfortunately this is not the dealer's reality and is a real pain point form us as a dealer to our manufacture. Now to our manufacturer's credit, it has gotten so much better and is in most cases not the nightmare it used to be, but it still isn't perfect by no means. From what I have found out, all of the items in the Dark Essentials Package has been mailed along with your paperwork. If that is not the case or your are missing something, please reach out to our New Vehicle Manager, Mr. Richard Saenz and he can help you if needed. I am also letting him know that I am reaching out to you as well and letting him know the information I am sharing with you so we are all on the same page. Thank you and we appreciate your business.

Overall, the staff was polite and responsive, but I did experience some concerns with the repair. When I picked up my vehicle, the bumper was not flush. I contacted the shop, and although Troy was not available at the time, Christina instructed me to bring the car back, which I appreciated. Upon return, Troy mentioned that a bracket might be missing, and later stated that they had done some aligning to correct it. While the car looks better now, I am still concerned that the bumper may drag later on if the bracket is indeed needed. Troy reassured me that if this happens, I can bring it back and they will fix it under the same claim. I hope this will be honored if necessary. I do appreciate their willingness to make adjustments and their communication, but I feel the repair could have been more thorough from the start to avoid multiple trips back.

I'm glad to see that Celeste and our Service Team got you taken care of and your vehicle repaired. In regards to credit card service fees, we have kept our percentage at sminimum level and even though the cost of inflation and just doing business rises, we have made the decision to not increase our percentage even though it is getting harder and harder to absorb. I know it stinks and I understand as I myself pay the same percentage as everyone else because I am no different from anyone else, even though I am the owner. Good evening Mr. Meier: I saw your service survey and thank you for your response and feedback. I read and respond to every single survey as everyone is important to us. We take customer service satisfaction after seeing your survey, I reached out to Celeste to see what happened. I agree with you that the GM wiper blades can be a little "pricey" when compared to some of the knock-off brands, but the quality, fit, finish, and function is second-to-none. We do have customers such as yourself that have questioned the price of the blades in the past but then try the knock-off ones, just to come back to the GM blades. Those blades are part of GM's everyday low price service program that we are a participating dealer in, so we have very little control over the price and don't make much at all on the blades themselves. Then, we do not charge any labor to install the blades because we know the blades are a little "pricey" but we can't t expect the technician to work for free so we internally charge the company and pay the technician ourselves. So when you factor all that in, it is actually a net loss to the company, but it's a better investment for the customer, so we absorb the labor as goodwill to give the customer a better value for their money. Again, I know this explanation did not solve your immediate concern, but in the spirit of transparency i wanted you to know upfront exactly how the program works and why we do what we do. I would like to thank Brian and Celeste in the service department for doing a great job maintaining contact with me to keep me informed on the progress of receiving my needed part. Communication is a huge deal to me. Once the part came in (early too) they got my car in and I had it back the same day. That surprised me how quick it was. Good afternoon Ms. Phipps! Thank you so much for reaching out with your survey response and letting me know this! I personally got with our new Service Manager, Gary Phillips regarding your situation after Brian departed the company. I even went to the extent of finding a completely remanufactured used part since that past was so difficult to find and obtain. Gary and I also met with our GM parts and service representative to see if any "strings could be pulled" but to no avail. Then, just when Gary was going to reach out to you regarding the used part (which we really didn't want to use - no guarantees!) his efforts of daily checking the brand new part's availability payed off and one part (and only one) became avialable and we were able to obtain it! I'm a believer and I am not going to preach here I promise, but I truly believe that the Good Lord had His hand in this situation because it truly was a miracle! I also want to thank you for your kind words regarding Celeste and I will pass them on to her personally along with Gary her supervisor. In addition, if you could do us all a HUGE favor and submit your comments to Google in the form of a 5-Star Review that would be AWESOME and so appreciated!
